Private Client Lawyer

They are currently seeking a full time Private Client Lawyer. The position would suit either a Chartered Legal Executive possessing at least two years Post Qualification Experience. General Private Client knowledge essential. STEP and/or SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly) desirable.

Essential

- NQ Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
- Proven ability to meet/exceed fee earning, time recording and billing targets
- Appropriate level of knowledge in Wills/LPA's, Probate, Trusts and related Tax work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good time management and organisational skills
- The ability to utilise case management and digital dictation software
- Proven ability to manage own caseload whilst working as part of a team
- Good negotiation, relationship building and marketing skills
- High level of initiative
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good communication skills
- A high degree of professional integrity
- Pleasant demeanour
- Own transport

Desirable

- Member of STEP and/or SFE
- Previous experience of using SOS case management software
- Experience of using digital dictation systems
