In-House Commercial Property Solicitor - Worcester
This role arises in the property development sector.
This is a stand-alone role. The successful commercial property solicitor will have a minimum of two years PQE. This experience will be gained in-house or in a private practice.
You will deal with a sizeable portfolio of commercial property matters and your main workload will include a wide range of property issues. You will deal with initial instructions for Sale and Purchase of residential and commercial property matters, liaising with clients, estate agents, commercial agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors. You will deal with matters from initial instruction through to conclusion including undertaking any additional delegated tasks including dealing with pre exchange
of contract work, title reports, searches and raising enquiries through to post-exchange work and registrations, including completion statements.
