Commercial Property Lawyer - Boutique firm - Liverpool

Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer required for new role with a leading boutique commercial firm, to be based in either Chester or Liverpool.

The firm's Real Estate department has an array of impressive Property work on offer including: financing, fund formation, acquisitions and disposals, tax efficiency, land use, environmental law, planning and development, construction and leasing. They provide a full service offering to clients including SMEs, PLCs, large corporates and small owner-managed businesses.

Due to a significant increase in client demand they are now looking to appoint an experienced Property Lawyer to the team.

Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3PQE, with your training and experience gained at a firm well regarded for Commercial Property work. Local experience isn't essential but desirable. Given the work of the practice they are looking to speak to lawyers with as broad an experience of commercial property as possible, with the key focus being Acquisitions & Disposals and Landlord & Tenant work.
