Commercial Property Solicitor

The role involves working in the firms Commercial Property department where you will be handling a mixed Commercial Property caseload. You will be expected to provide expert advice and demonstrate excellent technical skills in all aspects of Commercial Property matters. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 5 years' experience and be looking for a role where they can make a real foot print in the Real Estate Home Counties legal market.

You will be managing a varied caseload of transactions and the department's expertise envelop an impressive breadth of commercial Property work. They act for a variety of developers on residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes of all different types ranging from single residential sites to larger multi-phase mixed use developments and specialise in advising businesses and private individuals who own or occupy commercial property. The spectrum of their work includes public, retail, financial and private owners.
