The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Solicitor for their growing Bristol office.

The firm has a wealth of expertise in Commercial Property. They deal with a broad range of work, making for a more interesting role, this includes; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & tenant, Development, Investment and Commercial leases. They have a varied client base and often punch well above their weight with the large-scale sizes of their transactions.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partnership.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge, and be meticulousness with detail
• You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
• Good experience in business development will be to advantage
• Good prospects for progression
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package an bonus structure.
