They are now in the market for a client focused and career driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their structured team. They deliver a diverse range of services catering to both individuals and businesses within the county and further afield. THE ROLE
A new role has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in the Hampshire area. This is suited to a Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years PQE working within a similar department. You will be able to handle complex Residential Conveyancing caseload with minimum supervision and have a flair for business development working well within a team. The ideal Lawyer will therefore have a hands on approach to their work and excellent organisational skills, this role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years PQE;
You must have solid expertise in Residential Conveyancing;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines;
You must have a flair for business development;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will be IT literate.
