Childcare Advocate

Childcare Advocate required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake important work within a large local authority. The successful candidate will enjoy remote working within this role, as it is a purely court-based position, and will not require working from the council offices. We feel this would appeal to barristers, who enjoy the working within a court environment.

Due to the fast paced nature of the work, it is important to this council that the successful Childcare Advocate demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude, and is able to work within a very fast paced environment working to clients' required timeframes.

It is essential that the successful applicant is an experienced advocate, particularly skilled in working on public child care cases, as our client requires you to hit the ground running and undertake advocacy at different levels.

We are keen to hear from Childcare Solicitors or Barristers coming from either a local authority environment, chambers, or those who have worked on public care cases within a private practice firm.
