In-House Property Solicitor

Reporting into the Senior In-House Legal Counsel, the successful lawyer will be responsible for providing legal services in connection with the company's property and franchise portfolio. This will include: 

Lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals.
Renewal of franchise documentation. 
General legal advice on the company's property.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking for a challenging, in-house role. Our client would like to hear from commercial property solicitors with at least 2 years experience in landlord and tenant work. Any experience of working with clients within the retail sector would be a real bonus.
