Our client is a Top 50 law firm and they are seeking a Property Litigation paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

The responsibility of the successful Property Litigation/Landlord and Tenant paralegal is to assist on contentious property matters under a senior solicitor. Typical duties will involve: taking instructions from insurers, liaising with third parties and conveyancers, draft and issue court proceedings, draft witness statements and if necessary, attend court with the client.

The firm offers fantastic opportunities for progression within the firm and they are recognised nationally for their work. Property Litigation Paralegals should have a minimum of a 2:1 in LLB/GDL and ideally a commendation or above at LPC. However, our client will also take into account substantial previous experience in Property Litigation. A minimum of 6 months of Property Litigation Paralegal experience will be required due to the nature of the role.
