Employment NQ-2 - Birmingham

This is a new opportunity for a NQ-2 solicitor to join this national firm who are rated by L500 and Chambers as the leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector.

The department has grown significantly over the last 2 years and continues to expand.

You will undertake a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.

You will be able to demonstrate that you are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team. This is a great opportunity to join a driven and dynamic market leading firm.
