The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor for their growing Bristol office.

The firm has a wealth of expertise in Residential Property. They deal with a mix of work, a substantial amount of which is high end, bespoke work. The firm has a strong reputation in Plot Sales. You will join a busy growing department, dealing with sales of freehold and leaseholds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, plot sales and lease extensions.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression including Partnership.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• You will have good technical knowledge, and be meticulousness with detail
• Experience in Plot Sales will be to advantage
• You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
• Good prospects for progression
• Salary up to £60k, plus excellent benefits
