Financial Regulation - Professional Support Lawyer

It is an exciting time to join this dynamic, well regarded financial regulation team as they continue to grow. To bolster their team, they feel the time is right to recruit a lawyer to support them in the role of professional support lawyer and are happy to consider those with or without previous PSL experience.

The team offers both contentious and non-contentious advice to clients, they are particularly interested in candidates with advisory experience and suitable candidates will have experience of advising on the development and implementation of new regulation and legislation at both UK(FCA and PRA) and EU levels. Experience of EU legislation would ideally include the following: Solvency II; Insurance, Distribution Directive; MAD; MiFID II; CRD IV; Payment Services Directive; Electronic Money Directive. The role is ideally full time but party time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
