Permanent Private Client Opportunity
A large Private Practice firm based in Wiltshire is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor, or Legal Executive to join their growing team.
The day to day duties will include:
- A mixed caseload of Private Client work including Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
- Drafted and completed both complex and straight forward Wills
- Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Handling Court of Protection work
- Developing new business for the firm
The successful candidate must:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Have a minimum of 3+ years PQE
- Have dealt with a wide client base
