Our client, a global technology and information company is seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Negotiations Specialist to join their ambitious team.
The successful candidate will have experience of negotiating and drafting legal terms and conditions. You will be responsible for:
- Negotiating the legal terms and conditions and draft contract revisions on commercial contracts
- Assisting in devising the contract negotiation strategy to reduce risk
- Advising the organisations Sales and Product teams on structuring commercial contracts
- Developing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the organisations Sales, Finance, Product Development, Compliance, Contracts and Accounting team.
