Contentious Probate NQ Solicitor, Taunton

A great opportunity for a contentious probate NQ to assist with developing a practice at this established and well-regarded firm.

The firm has a strong reputation in private client work and already has a small contentious probate practice. They are looking for a junior litigation solicitor to join the firm to assist with developing contentious probate work.

You'll ideally have at least one seat in contentious probate or if you have not had the opportunity to do this during your training contract then a seat in general litigation and a seat in private client would also be considered. This is a fully supportive environment where performance is rewarded but assistance is always on hand to ensure you are stretched but not uncomfortably challenged. It is absolutely essential that you are client facing as meeting clients and business development will be a day to day aspect of this role.
