Corporate Renewables Solicitor 3+PQE

Interesting corporate opportunity for Top 50 Law firm who is looking to recruit an ambitious and self-motivated corporate associate to its highly successful Top Tier Corporate team, with a view to working closely with its growing renewables practice. You will be working closely with dynamic and approachable lead Partner.

The Corporate team undertakes a range of work including M & A, private equity, public equity and renewables. The team is looking to recruit an additional, extremely high-quality corporate associate with experience in private company M&A and with experience or an genuine interest to work within the renewable energy sector. The team is ranked globally for corporate renewables work so the deals you will be working on will really be very high end and cutting edge. You will have a strong corporate background, a "can-do" commercial approach and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for business development and the wider aspects of the role of an associate, such as knowledge management and the delegation to and management and mentoring of junior lawyers.
