Adults Lawyer

Adult's Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in Dorset for an initial 6 month term.

This is one of the few role that are currently outside of IR35

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adults lawyer to undertake a role outside of IR35.

The role will involve the complete spectrum of adult social care matters within a popular local authority which is situated in a beautiful part of the Country.

The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload, which may include dealing with the following matters;

• Mental Health
• Court of protection
• DoLs
• Judicial Reviews

The ideal Adults lawyer will be an established Lawyer, ideally with previous local authority experience although this is not essential

The office is located within walking distance of the nearest station, making this easily commutable from London and Essex.
