This preeminent "white shoe" law firm with a highly regarded London office is looking a finance lawyer at the 1- 5 PQE level. The firm has a multi-specialist finance practice which includes a range of complex financing transactions such as leveraged and acquisition financings, mezzanine facilities and senior secured facilities and major restructurings for corporate and sovereign clients. Candidates should have strong banking experience with loan products and acquisition finance, and ideally restructuring experience from a magic circle, silver circle or leading US firm in London. Impressive US rates of pay.
