Our client is a Chambers rated market-leading national law firm, with a well-regarded Healthcare Regulatory practice. The team receive excellent quality instructions and provide advice and training on matters including regulatory, healthcare, CQC inspections and inquests to clients across the public and private sectors. The team currently consists of 3 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, 3 Associates and 3 junior fee earners.

Due to expansion there is now a need to appoint two experienced Solicitors to the team in Leeds.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3PQE in Healthcare Regulatory matters such as Mental Health, Mental Capacity, Court of Protection litigation and Coronial law, however you must be sufficiently experienced to feel confident to supervise junior members of the team. Inquests work takes up a proportion of the caseload so experience of the same is essential, and advocacy experience would also be beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to join a top tier firm, who have an excellent reputation for Court of Protection and Mental Health Capacity matters. They can offer considerable career and personal development opportunities to the successful applicant. Salary and package will be competitive and dependent on previous experience, upwards of £45k.
