Construction Paralegal - £22k - £24k

A great opportunity has arisen for a Construction paralegal to join the non-contentious team of a mid-sized central London law firm.

The firm’s construction team has a range of clients, from developers and funders to construction consultants, local authorities and PFI consortiums.

The successful Construction paralegal can look forward to lots of client contact, running their own files, including advising on and drafting agreements, such as building contracts, development agreements and leases and supplementary documentation such as novations and warranties.

You will work directly with the Construction partner and assist the team’s other fee-earners on non-contentious Construction matters, but you will also have the opportunity to work on Construction Litigation matters too!

The successful Construction paralegal will have at least six months’ prior non-contentious Construction experience and a 2.1 at undergraduate level. The ideal candidate will also have solid drafting skills.
