This international firm has a recognised Corporate practice in the City. Its lawyers advise on a myriad of mid to large cap M&A deals and capital markets transactions. To add further depth to their London team, they are now seeking a junior or mid level corporate lawyer.
A technically astute Corporate solicitor, you will have sound commercial acumen and be looking to work on all aspects of the deal. You will have strong academics and ideally 2 to 6 years of experience in a leading Corporate practice. You will have strong knowledge of the Blue Book, AIM Rules and general corporate and company law. Private Equity and Venture Capital experience would be beneficial.
