Private Client Solicitor

An established and successful local firm in Frimley, Surrey are looking for a Private Client Lawyer to join their flourishing department. The firm have been established since 1986 and have experienced steady growth since. They are well known within the local area and receive a lot of business through recommendations. The firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team in Frimley, Surrey.

The role will cover all aspects of Private Client including Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The majority of the workload will be based on Wills. There is secretarial support and you will work alongside the experienced Partner in the team.

• You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
• You will have a good understanding of all aspects of Private Client work
• You will be confident managing your own caseload and meeting with clients
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong IT skills
• Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
