Mid tier law firm with a strong reputation on Merseyside are looking to add to their already established Personal Injury team with an Industrial Disease Solicitor.
They are seeking to appoint a mid level Solicitor with 2 to 8 Years' PQE to their team and assist the Head of Department with the running of department as well as manage a caseload of complex Multi-Track disease claims.
You will be dealing with a mix of NIHL, Mesothelioma, Asbestosis, RSI, HAVS and Respiratory Disease and dealing with a fully litigated caseload. You will be provided with a paralegal who you will provide supervision to. Despite being a small team of less than 10 you will be dealing with top quality work and have the opportunity to develop your career with further management opportunities.
