Private Client Solicitor - Complex Work - HNW Clients

Opportunity to join this well regarded regional full service law firm and work within their strong Private Client department to deal with a local client base and complex Tax, Trusts & Estate matters.

You must be a qualified Solicitor and ideally you will have experience of complex Private Client matters and dealing with HNW clients. A large proportion of work is from a local client base so you need to have a personable manner, especially as this firm pride themselves on a good client care.

Work will consists of Tax (inheritance tax, capital gains tax & income tax) Trusts (lifetime trusts, discretionary trusts, trust formation advice, trusts settlements, etc.) and Estates (estate administration & planning). The caseload will consist of high value matters with assets such as agricultural properties, landed estates, overseas properties and offshore trusts.

STEP qualification would be ideal for this position however it is not an essential requirement, those without STEP qualification or working towards qualifying will be considered equally. Salary is dependant on PQE however there will be a benefits package also included. It is essential that you are able to drive as you will need to travel between offices and visit clients around Cheshire.
