An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts and Agreements Solicitor to join the in-house team of a leading institution based in the East Midlands on a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of assessing commercial risk associated with commercial contracts. You will also be able to demonstrate a pragmatic and efficient approach whilst dealing negotiating, drafting and advising of a broad spectrum of agreements, which include supply and purchase agreements, licences, confidentiality agreements, collaboration and consultancy agreements.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
*Providing efficient legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal commercial contract issues
*Drafting and negotiating agreements with a view to maximising revenue and minimising risk
*Supporting and developing contracting processes and procedures
*Assisting with the review of regulations and ensuring compliance
