Band-1 Banking Practice – 2-6 PQE Banking Lawyer – Top Wall Street Firm – Hong Kong

This is a rare opportunity to join a small but established Top Wall Street Firm in Hong Kong who is substantially adding to its APAC Band-1 Banking & Finance practice. You will work exclusively with the largest and most prestigious international/HK/PRC clients on big ticket transactions while fully developing your capabilities through the associate pool-system. You will receive diverse exposure primarily in Banking & Finance/Leveraged & Acquisition Finance but also with occasional Capital Markets and M&A/PE deals. You will work under one of the most renowned partners in Banking & Finance in Hong Kong with support from six other leading partners. The firm is interviewing now and is highly competitive with many associates applying.

Salary:

• New NY rates (Cravath) + Bonus + COLA (available for US qualified/passport holders)

Role requirements:

• 2-6 PQE.
• HK/UK/US qualification.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• International education and peer firm history is necessary.
• Must have previous Leveraged & Acquisition Finance experience.
