This is a rare opportunity to join a small but established Top Wall Street Firm in Hong Kong who is substantially adding to its Top Tier US Capital Markets practice. You will work exclusively with the largest and most prestigious international/HK/PRC clients on big ticket transactions while fully developing your capabilities through the associate pool-system. You will receive diverse exposure primarily in US Capital Markets but also with occasional Banking & Finance and M&A/PE deals. You will work under one of the most renowned partners in US Capital Markets in Hong Kong with support from six other leading partners. The firm is interviewing now and is highly competitive with many associates applying.
Salary:
- New NY rates (Cravath) + Bonus + COLA (available for US qualified/passport holders)
Role requirements:
- 2-6 PQE.
- US qualification.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
- International education and peer firm history is necessary.
- Must have previous US IPO experience.
