A new commercial insurance position has arisen at a leading global insurer, due to an internal promotion.
This is an excellent position in a well-respected team with high quality insurance lawyers.
The position will be focussed on non-contentious issues, including but not limited to, commercial agreements (including distribution and agency contracts) and advising on product issues as well as other legal matters.
You will ideally have non-contentious corporate or commercial insurance experience from a top law firm and/or in-house. Our client may consider insurance litigators from top backgrounds wishing to transition into a non-contentious role but the ideal is to have someone with non-contentious insurance experience.
