Restidential Conveyancer

Or client, a long established law firm based in Liverpool City Centre are seeking to appoint a driven and self sufficient Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their specialist Residential Conveyancing department which has excellent connections to all the major lenders.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion. The caseload will consist of; Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, New Builds and Residential Leases for leasehold and freehold properties.

The successful applicant will possess experience within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable working under minimal supervision and capable of picking up a pre-existing caseload immediately. Additionally you will posses excellent communication skills and be a team player.
