Our client, a boutique law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Property department.
The role will involve handling your own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Property Developments, Commercial Leases, Landlord & Tenant, Funding and lending for clients from a range of sectors.
The successful candidate will possess extensive Commercial Property experience equivalent to 10 Years PQE+ dealing with general Commercial Property matters. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working under minimal supervision.
