Fluent Arabic Legal Counsel - Media Company

• 4 to 6 years’ PQE (UK Equivalent)
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
• Regional experience

Our client is one of the largest and most successful TMT companies in the region. Due to continual growth, they are looking to add an experienced corporate / commercial lawyer to their energetic and dynamic team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will be part of the long standing legal department will be working on a wide range of mainly commercial work, including:  

• Drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts in both English and Arabic including marketing, service and consultancy agreements along with product agreements for Government entities
• Corporate related matters
• Investment work

The successful candidate will have between 4 and 6 years’ PQE, strong drafting skills, regional experience and be fully bilingual (Arabic and English).
