Planning & Property Solicitor

Planning & Property Solicitor required to join a Local Authority based in Kent for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity, and the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, which will cover Planning law and Property law. The workload and proportion of time spent working within each area will be dependent upon business needs.

You will manage your own busy caseload, which may relate to the following matters;

- Property Law

- Planning and Highways Law

- Conveyancing

- Commercial Property Development

- Landlord and Tenant

- Local Government Law and Practice

The ideal candidate will be a specialist within property or planning, with substantial experience in the other area. Previous local authority experience is not essential for this role, although it would be highly desirable. Any experience of working within civil litigation would also be highly advantageous for this position.
