I am working with a Top 100 Firm who are looking for a 2 + years PQE Private Client Solicitor to join their prestigious team. The firm have a strong international presence, and many of the Lawyers in the department are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, they deal with a very interesting and varied caseload of the highest quality. They have a creative and dynamic culture which continues to give them more market share. The Private Client team have a fantastic reputation and broad experience over the entire sector, with a particularly strong emphasis on cross border work. This role will see you dealing with quality work which includes estate planning advice, the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity, advising on cross border issues, the creation, administration and taxation of trusts, advising on and drafting wills, taxation advice, and advising on capacity issues. Their client base consists mainly of HNW individuals based in both the UK and abroad.
