In House Counsel - Corporate

In-House Legal Counsel - M&A - Investment Fund - Abu Dhabi - 3-5 years pqe

Our client is an investment fund based in Abu Dhabi.

Their established legal department seeks a Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel in transactional Corporate and investment matters. Working closely with the investment team you will need to advise on corporate transactions,regulators, advise the stakeholders and coordinate external counsel where required. In supporting the private equity and asset management team in its investment activities across various asset classes and markets, they will seek your advice in the drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, restructuring, tax and employment law matters.

The role requires candidates to have 3-5 years pqe with a major reputable US/international or recognised UK law firms and strong experience in corporate M&A, alternative investments, structured finance, restructuring, derivatives and capital markets.
