Due to expansion, a well-known Law firm based in central York is looking for a Call Handler to join the team.

Working within a supportive team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients for the Clinical Negligence Conversion Team. The role requires taking of detailed instructions from the potential client as to the events of the claim and making a decision as to whether the claim can proceed.

This role would suit a Legal Graduate who is looking to move into Clinical Negligence or a Paralegal looking to move into a different area of Law. There is room for progression to work as a Paralegal/Fee Earner and there is a great team environment.

Salary is competitive for a junior role. The role provides a great opportunity to join a successful and reputable Legal practice in the heart of York.
