Legal Advisor (EL/PL)

I have the pleasure of working with one of the most recognised and established law firms in the UK. This multi-specialist practice is now looking for ambitious legal advisors to join its growing EL/PL team, based in Liverpool’s city centre.

The role

The team is seeking candidates who have previous experience of handling legal matters, including previous EL and PL files (Employers Liability and Public Liability claims). I’m recruiting for roles at various levels across this department, but at the very least you will have experience of:

• Vetting new EL/PL claims
• Requesting HMRC records
• Conducting initial calls to clients
• Emailing clients
• Telephoning/drafting letters
• Requesting and chasing medical records for EL/PL claims
• Experience of reviewing denials of liability and progressing EL/PL cases is desired
