A Top 200 Firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor with more than 4 years PQE to work in their Woking practice. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have 5 offices across London & Surrey. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here.
The Firms Employment department are continuing to go from strength to strength and have recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They are looking for an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join the team,. You will have a following of clients or you will be confident enough to go and bring business in.
The employment team work with both respondents and claimants with both a contentious and non-contentious caseload. You will represent both SME company clients and individuals on the full range of employment law issues including contracts of employment, handbooks, service agreements for directors and consultancy agreements.
You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. You should have good experience of handling a full Employment Caseload from both employers and employees. You must also have expertise in advising on TUPE matters.
