Sue Ross Legal is recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client’s Doncaster office.  You will be joining a well-regarded, Legal 500, regional firm of Solicitors within their Commercial office.

You will be working alongside various departments, dealing with the overflow from these departments.

This role will see you supporting a team of Fee Earners and duties will include;

  • Picking up general day to day admin and PA duties including filing and email management
  • Supporting additional fee earners on an ad hoc basis, to cover for PA holiday absences in the team
  • Document production including audio typing and preparing reports Using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Billing and completions preparation where applicable
  • Amending and formatting legal documentation
  • Diary management
  • Answering and screening incoming telephone calls, dealing with queries where possible
  • Any other tasks delegated by the Head of Department and/Practice Manager
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have excellent copy and audio typing speeds, the ability to prioritise busy workloads and have previous experience working in a similar role.
