Legal Officer required to join a local authority based in Manchester for an initial period of 3 months.
The ideal legal officer will have legal experience as a solicitor, paralegal, legal assistant or legal executive and understand what is required to read through childcare files to collate information requested by the CPS.
The successful candidate will have previous legal experience and duties will include:
- Reading through significant amounts of paperwork
- Prepare cases
- Schedule each case accordingly.
