The Role: Locum Commercial Property Solicitor - Home Based
Location: Working from home
Salary: DOE
Contract Type: Ongoing Locum assignment
Our client is a niche law firm set up by ex-partners of national top tier firms, they specialise within commercial and are currently looking to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their real estate team on an ongoing locum basis. Due to the nature of this role, the Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will be offered the rare opportunity to work from home.
The firm needs an extra pair of hands, if you are able to devote enough time, you will be able to manage high net worth transactions with some of the UK's big brands. If you are able to devote a few hours a week, you will be assisting on the transactions at any point in the life of the file. Working from home, you will dial into the firms systems and have access to their support team.
Applications ideally will be from Legal 500 up or come from a similar niche firm. You should have experience dealing with national commercial brands and be able to handle a high net worth transactions from instruction through to completion.
