Real Estate Lawyer - Top tier firm - Manchester

A new opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a top tier national law firm. Salary upwards of £45k.

Our client is a market-leading national law firm, whose Real Estate department is highly regarded across the country. They act for some of the largest landowners in the UK and are instructed on the full spectrum of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management and sales and purchases.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2PQE in Real Estate, with your training experience gained at a national or recognised regional practice backed up by strong academics. A passion and flair for business development will be beneficial as the firm encourages lawyers to get out into the market and assist in marketing the team and firm. They have an extremely collegiate culture and can offer excellent prospects for career development. You will handle your own matters (under supervision) and assist the Partners and Senior Associates on more complex matters.
