Leading alternative asset manager seeks funds lawyer to join small legal team.
You will work with the GC and Deputy GC on all legal matters affecting the organisation including investment fund structuring and maintenance, fund documentation and regulation, corporate issues and other ad hoc matters and projects.
You will have a funds background from a top law firm or in-house and/or be an M&A lawyer with some exposure to fund structures. Experience in alternative funds is an advantage but is not essential.
