This widely respected firm is recruiting an additional employment & litigation paralegal to join its team in Exeter.
You should ideally have at least 6 months’ experience as a paralegal, advising on either employment and/or civil litigation matters.
The contentious work in this employment & litigation paralegal role will be broad. Your caseload will include advising on: employment law, intellectual property, contract disputes, land disputes, professional negligence and wills disputes. There will be a natural bias towards employment work - advising both employers and claimants on contentious matters.
