Corporate Commercial Partner

Our client is a niche Corporate / Commercial practice, based in Clerkenwell, that is looking to take on a Corporate / Commercial Partner with at least a moderate client following.

Founded in 2008 by two former Equity Partners of a top 5 global law firm, the firm punches well above its weight in the field of Corporate / Commercial work, and while the firm had an initial focus on IT / Technology, they now act across a much broader range of sectors.

Much of our client’s work has an international flavour and they are often negotiating with lawyers from very large national and international law firms. They are therefore looking for to speak to candidates that are comfortable when dealing with prestigious law firms on the other side.

Unlike many law firms, our client is very realistic about the level of client following that most Senior Associates and/or Partners will be able to bring and have created a remuneration package that is both sensible and fair.

While this type of opportunity will not appeal to all, this is a very attractive opportunity for Senior Associates and Partners who are actively looking to move away from the stresses/strains and politics that are a part of working with a larger and more traditional law firm.
