Niche employment law practice seeks a well-trained and ambitious Employment Solicitor, (with between 4-6 PQE), to join their close-knit and expanding team.

Founded in 6 years ago by a highly-regarded Partner with significant experience of working at top 100 law firms, our client is a niche employment law practice that offers a complete employment law service to both employers and employees alike and covers the full range of non-contentious and contentious work, including High Court employment disputes

We are keen to speak to experienced Employment Solicitors, who are looking to join a well-managed, open and inclusive practice with a strong team ethic, where you will play a more central role in the management and development of the practice.

The successful candidate will join a growing and entrepreneurial firm enabling them to develop their practice and reputation in a supportive environment and with a dynamic and collegiate team. There will be a wide variety of work acting for both employers and employees. Applicants should be team players, dedicated and enthusiastic and have suitable experience.
