Would you like to join a Legal 500 recognised commercial litigation department based in central Hertfordshire? Are you a commercial litigation solicitor who could take on a broad caseload of commercial litigation and some contentious employment matters?
You will ideally be around 4-7 years’ PQE with experience of contract disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract and contentious probate along with some unfair dismissal and employment tribunal work. If you have also dealt with construction and contentious insolvency this would be advantageous. You will ideally have worked for a leading regional or London based practice and should have a strong academic record. The role will see you work closely with two of the firms leading partners within a highly regarded and very collegiate team. The successful candidate will have been involved in marketing and business development and if they are able to bring any clients this would be welcomed.
