Clinical Negligence Paralegal

Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal looking to join a Top 20 Law Firm in central Leeds?

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual with experience in Clinical Negligence or Defendant PI to join a progressive and highly specialised team.

This Clinical Negligence Paralegal role will see you handling a high value caseload of pre-lit and litigated defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of the NHSLA, NHS Trusts and med-mal insurers. It will involve a wide range of task based work, including instructing experts and counsel, liaising with witnesses, arranging conferences, drafting documents, undertaking research and dealing with disclosure issues. There will also be opportunities to attend conferences and hearings with counsel.

To be considered for this role you must have substantial and in-depth clinical negligence or defendant personal injury experience along with a strong commercial understanding of the NHS and strong technical skill and ability.
