Are you an ambitious Personal Injury / Serious Injury Solicitor (NQ-3yrs PQE) looking to join a market leading firm based in Manchester city centre and move into a specialist military claims team?
This highly specialised serious injury team are looking for a talented, Personal Injury Solicitor of around 0-3 PQE to join their Legal 500 rated Manchester personal injury team.
Your role as a Solicitor in the Military Claims team will be to represent servicemen and women in the British military who have sustained avoidable injury whilst employed in the armed forces.
The personal injury matters encountered by the team encompass a vast range of incidents. For instance, they might involve an RTA whilst out on military manoeuvres or a serious and lifelong injury sustained during combat situations due to faulty equipment and defective weaponry.
Personal Injury Solicitors from a strong EL/PL and or RTA background with multi-track (Serious Injury / Catastrophic Injury) experience considered. Experience/interest in military claims highly desirable.
You will likely be a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with experience from a reputable claimant of defendant firm; experience of handling own caseload of fast track and ideally multi-track catastrophic injury files. You must be able to demonstrate a real understanding of technical personal injury claims due to the nature of the injuries suffered by the clients.
