Your new firm
This South West based regional firm are seeking an NQ-1PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their successful team in their office based in Central Exeter. The firm are well-known for their specialism in industries relevant to the South West region and their inclusive working culture.

Your new role
You will be carrying out non contentious corporate and commercial work within the Corporate team and will be managing your own caseload. You will be advising and assisting with corporate transactions as well as drafting corporate transaction documents, in addition to advising on commercial contract matters. You will enjoy business development and proactively developing your network.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an NQ-1 PQE solicitor within the Corporate or Commercial practice areas. As a successful lawyer you will be highly organised, have excellent communications skills and possess the ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. You will have a developing understanding of corporate and commercial law and practice and will be able to work effectively as a member of a team and individually.
