Wills & Probate Solicitor

This small boutique law firm based in Newton Abbot is recruiting into its private client team and searching for a technically excellent lawyer. 

You will take over from an existing solicitor and be handed a broad caseload from day one. 

To be considered for this Wills & Probate Solicitor role, you will ideally have at least 2 years’ PQE, and will advise mainly local clients on all aspects of private client work to include wills, probate, trusts, and court of protection work. 

Solicitors and legal executives who enjoy working autonomously are encouraged to apply. You will be supervised by a partner, but expected wherever possible to make your own decisions. 

There is plenty of work available already, but those who enjoy networking in order to further build the client base are encouraged to apply. 

The successful Wills & Probate Solicitor will have a dedicated paralegal and secretarial support, as well as receiving an excellent salary to £40k + parking space!!
